On April 11, 2023 I visited Design On Kingston looking for the right paint colours for my home. I was greeted by Marcy and Terra who were very knowledgeable and helpful. They listened to my concerns and helped me select the right paint colours after reviewing the samples I brought in. Recently, I purchased a new home. I bought several paint samples a few weeks ago and let Andy know that I would need several cans of their paint for my new home. He quickly gave me a card guaranteeing 20% off. Today I ordered the paint for the new house and asked for the $20 reduction that I had heard advertised for each gallon. Keith immediately gave me the 20% reduction and Andy bettered that by giving me the $20 reduction ( the sale had ended) for each gallon. That was great service!

We have been so impressed with the service and the staff at Design on Kingston that we felt a review was in order! Recently, we decided to make some rather dramatic changes to our decor and wanted to ensure that it would all come together well. Thankfully, we discovered Laurie LeClair, the Decor Manager at Design On Kingston. Laurie is a professional colourist and boy, does she know her stuff. Everything turned out beautifully - she recommended shades and finishes - and it all came together seamlessly, with professional results. We did the painting ourselves and were very pleased with the high quality of the products. Andy, the owner, could not have been more helpful - in fact, all staff we met were polite and pleasant. It's great to have such a store here in the west end. Their hours make it very convenient for those who get up early on a weekend morning and decide to re-decorate their living room! ;-) Highly recommend Design on Kingston for their sales and their service!
